Mt. Jogin III is a spectacular mountain in Garhwal region of uttarakhand. The summit of this mountain rises high in the sky standing at an elevation 6133 meters from sea level. The mountain is one summit of a group of mountain peaks that consist of Mt. Jogin I, Mt. Jogin II as well. The climb is a mix of trekking through forest landscape to climbing a near vertical ice walls of Mt. Jogin III. This peak is a great example of climbing in Gangotri region which is known as mountaineer’s paradise in India.

Day 01: Haridwar to Uttarkashi

Gathering at Haridwar and drive to Uttarkashi, Accommodation in Hotel.

Day 02: Uttarkashi to Gangotri

100 Km drive to reach the road head of the valley, small establishment, Accommodation in Hotel.

Day 03: Gangotri to Kedarkhrak

Trek on a easy trail to reach Kedarkhrak, Accommodation in camp.

Day 04: Kedarkhrak to Kedar tal(BC)

A gradual ascend towards the base camp for our climb. Beautiful lake side campsite. Accommodation in camp.

Day 05: Acclimatization and load sorting day

Acclimatization day and we will have active rest sessions and sort out our required load for the intermediate camps for our summit attempt. Accommodation in camp.

Day 06: Base camp to Advanced BC to Base Camp (load ferry)

Our first load ferry to set up ABC and leave some required load to ABC, also helps in acclimatization. Accommodation in camp.

Day 07: Occupying Advanced BC

Moving on the ABC with all required things for the summit attempt, beautiful Campsite, Accommodation in camp.

Day 08: Advanced BC to Camp 1 to Advanced BC (load ferry and setup)

Another load ferry to set up Camp 1 from where we will push for the summit, Acclimatization walk as well. back to ABC. Accommodation in camp.

Day 09: Occupying Camp 1

Moving to Camp 1, High altitude, Thin air, and bitter cold are attributes of this camping location. Accommodation in camp.

Day 10: Summit attempt

Summit attempt in the early hours of the morning. Very tough climb. Technical assistance required. back to Camp 1.

Day 11: Reserve day

Reserve day for any condition that may arise.

Day 12: Camp 1 to Base camp

Following the same trail, we go back to BC winding the intermediate camps.

Day 13: Base camp to Gangotri to Uttarkashi

Start early to reach Gangotri by afternoon and board vehicles to reach Uttarkashi by evening. Check into hotel, Celebration Time.

Day 14: Uttarkashi to Haridwar

Early Morning Drive to Haridwar.
