It will be your sole responsibility to get clearance, verification, from the respective authority for any kind of required documentation, also, it is your sole responsibility to consult/check with the right authority for any kind of required documentation(if) before participation in any kind of event with us. We will not be liable for any kind of Fine/Charges/cost in case of a failed compliance of any kind.

Terms of participation

Any form of participation in any of the events by Himalayan Wilderness, the authority of the leader who represents our company must be taken seriously and must be abided at all times. At any point if your behaviour/action/decision, in the opinion of the authority or person in charge or representative of Himalayan wilderness is found to be dangerous or inappropriate or abusive or threatening or disruptive that can or may cause unnecessary problems or inconvenience or trouble or damage to property for any of the participants or team Himalayan wilderness or yourself in any form, Himalayan Wilderness or it’s representative have all the rights to terminate your service at that very moment without any liability, whatsoever! 

No intoxication in any form, that includes alcohol, illicit drugs, medications without prescription, tobacco is allowed on any of our event, the leader will have full authority to terminate your services and arrangements in case of non-compliance and no refunds or compensations will be made in any of these cases.

By signing up for any event with Himalayan Wilderness you agree to accept that the accommodations provided would subject to the availability, we will provide you complete information prior to booking on the subject, however! It is possible that conditions may arise which are different, our ground staff will have full rights to make the decision in the best interest of all. Also, no participant would be allowed to share the accommodation with any person who is not enlisted for the event. Any kind of loss or damage to the property at the place of accommodation would be completely your responsibility, while your stay and any member of Himalayan Wilderness would not be liable to pay any charges/ cost incurred.

Any loss or damage to the property/equipment of Himalayan Wilderness would make the participant liable to compensate for the damage.

We expect all the participants to take care of their wellbeing, and if you have any medical condition such as, disease, illness, disability, or any kind of mental or physical condition, it is your sole responsibility to mention it prior to booking for any event, also, we would require you to do the necessary arrangements for the same that might be required at the time of the event. Also, you may provide us the details of any specific requirement in advance. This would help our tour leader to take care of your health and fitness In case of any medical condition of participant which is not disclosed at the time of booking and our ground staff discovers it at any point, while on the tour, will have all the rights to discontinue your service and send you back, in that case there would be no refunds/ compensations made by any member of Himalayan Wilderness 

It is mandatory that the bookings to be made by the person 18+ age, minors can join our events only in the case where their guardians/ parents are taking full responsibility for them. 

All participants must go through the details of the event carefully and must understand the nature of the activity they are signing for, it is very important that all participants are mentally and Physically fit before signing up for any kind of adventure activity, there are certain events that we conduct at Himalayan Wilderness that requires a great amount of Fitness and Experience  as well, at any point in time our leader of the event have all rights to decide if any participant would continue from any given point or not, their authority is not to be questioned if they decide to return/ or stop you or any other participant at any point while on any trekking tour or event.
